Warranty & Return Policies

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt and the assigned RMA number (Return Material Authorization - see below) issued to you by us for your case. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 820 Fesslers Pkwy Nashville Tennessee US 37210. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Return Material Authorization (RMA)

By requesting a RMA, you acknowledge that you and/or your organization agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, and are willing to accept the benefits, obligations, and responsibilities of this policy. An RMA form must be filled out and submitted in order to have an RMA issued for a product. The process, terms, and conditions of this RMA policy are subject to change without prior notice.

U.S. Drum Supply, its designees or representatives, reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a RMA for any product, accessory, part, etc. that U.S. Drum Supply determines is ineligible based upon the U.S. Drum Supply Return policy. U.S. Drum Supply shall at its own discretion determine what constitutes a warrantied action item, and how said action is to be fulfilled. Any warranty disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of U.S. Drum Supply.

A RMA is issued any time a product (warranty and out of warranty) is returned. During the RMA approval process, the RMA will be classified as either being under warranty, not covered by warranty or out of warranty. The RMA requestor will be made aware of the warranty status when the RMA is requested. The status will be determined by U.S. Drum Supply based upon the RMA requester’s current Warranty Agreement status, and/or U.S. Drum Supply policy.

If a RMA number is issued, it must be clearly present on the affixed shipping label and/or address label for that specific, authorized item. The shipment must be made by a carrier capable of tracking the merchandise and providing proof of receipt by U.S. Drum Supply. A tracking number must be supplied to U.S. Drum Supply at the time of shipment of the RMA item. Once a RMA is authorized, the return product must be tendered to a carrier within ten (10) business days of the issuance date, otherwise, the authorization is null and void. Items returned without an RMA number, at the sole discretion of U.S. Drum Supply, may be refused, not accepted for return, returned to the point of origin at the sender’s expense, discarded, or any combination of the above.

Warranty-Based RMAs

The RMA requestor must have a current, up-to-date Warranty Agreement in place before any warranty-based Return Material Authorization can be issued. The reason(s) for the RMA request must also fall within the terms of the RMA requestor’s currently active Warranty Agreement. U.S. Drum Supply shall at its own discretion determine if both conditions are satisfactorily met, and if a warranty-based RMA can be issued. Approved warranty-based RMAs will allow for the RMA requester to receive a replacement or obtain repair service without additional cost. Physical damage or alteration of any kind does not fall within the scope of what is covered by an Warranty Agreement, therefore, a bill may be sent to cover these additional repairs, if deemed necessary by U.S. Drum Supply.

Advanced Exchange

Once U.S. Drum Supply has determined that the RMA request qualifies as a warranty-based RMA, and the RMA requestor’s currently active Warranty Agreement includes a provision for an advanced exchange, a RMA will be issued. A Kwik Swap enables the RMA requester to receive a replacement item first, along with a pre-paid shipping label. Upon receipt of the replacement(s), the RMA requestor will then use the replacementís packaging along with the pre-paid shipping label to return the defective item(s) to KwikBoost. See packing instructions section (below) for what we expect to be shipped back as part of an RMA by product and/or part. A bill may be sent for any missing items. The RMA requestor accepts responsibility for all damages that result from improper packaging. Pre-paid shipping labels must be activated by UPS (or any other authorized carrier specified by KwikBoost) within ten (10) business days of the clientís receipt of the replacement item(s), as confirmed by carrier tracking. Non-compliance will result in a cancellation of the RMA, deletion of the pre-paid shipping label and a bill will be sent for the full amount of the non-returned product(s).

Defective on Arrival

Within thirty (30) days of purchase, any item that is Defective on Arrival (DOA) may be eligible for a return, regardless of the existence of a currently active Warranty Agreement. U.S. Drum Supply shall at its own discretion determine if the requested item(s) qualify, and any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of U.S. Drum Supply.



We are confident in the reliability and durability of our FatHoops, and are willing to back this up with our Lifetime Warranty - reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction. The FatHoops lifetime warranty is our pledge to you that we will proudly support the product you've purchased in total confidence that it won't fall down on the job. 


This Warranty does not cover:


  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Improper assembly.
  • Improper follow-up maintenance or repair.
  • Raw FatHoops that have oxidized due to the customer's negligence and/or improper finish
  • We want to make our customers happy. However, At US Drum Supply, we want to make sure we’re not also creating an opportunity for someone who is dishonest to take advantage of us. So, we reserve the right to accept or reject any product presented to us for warranty coverage. And for the same reasons stated above, we also reserve the right to modify the conditions of this warranty at our discretion.


    Out of Warranty Service

    Out of Warranty Service applies to any RMA request for an item that is not covered by a currently active Warranty Agreement. The issuance of an Out of Warranty RMA is contingent on the RMA requestor’s acceptance of being billed for the repair. For Out of Warranty RMAs, the RMA requestor is responsible for the shipping costs associated with inbound freight of all authorized returned items to U.S. Drum Supply. All products must be packaged properly and in a clean and reasonable condition. Insurance is highly recommended as the sender is responsible for all damages of/to the returned items. Once an RMA is authorized, the return product must be tendered to a carrier within ten (10) business days of the issuance date, otherwise, the authorization is null and void. Non-compliance will result in a cancellation of the RMA, and a refusal of any items sent using the cancelled RMA number. After an item has completed testing and any needed repairs, it will be shipped back to the RMA requestor. U.S. Drum Supply will not replace any out of warranty item. Items that are ordered and subsequently have a RMA request submitted within thirty (30) days because they were incorrectly ordered, not needed, etc. will be subject to a 10% restocking fee with a $50.00 minimum charge. Exceptions will only be made in cases where U.S. Drum Supply supplied written, incorrect product and/or part information to the customer. After thirty (30) days, items may not be returned, however, they can be exchanged, pending the clearance of a restocking examination, and any associated fees. The RMA requestor must also be willing to accept any differences in price if the products are not of equal value. Any disputes with this policy will be resolved at the sole discretion of U.S. Drum Supply. U.S. Drum Supply reserves the right to not accept some return items for credit.

    Repair Service Exceptions

    Examples of items that may not be eligible for RMA are products that have been customized, redesigned or modified, as well as non-U.S. Drum Supply manufactured components and products. U.S. Drum Supply reserves the right to classify any other unlisted item an ineligible based on current U.S. Drum Supply policy. U.S. Drum Supply will bear no warranty responsibility for repairs or replacements of products by the customer which are performed outside of the normal U.S. Drum Supply authorized Return Material Authorization process.
